• Faculty Initiation Program on VIDWAN
A FIP on the VIDWAN portal titled 'VIDWAN: Towards Building An Ecosystem Of Academic Communities', was organized by the R&D Cell in collaboration with the IQAC on 23rd December 2021 where Dr Santanu Das, librarian SSM, spoke about the importance of the VIDWAN portal as the premier database of profiles of researchers and other faculty members working at leading academic institutions and other R & D organisation involved in teaching and research in India.

• Saturday Rostra - A lecture series by SSM Faculties
A venture to create an atmosphere where novel ideas are brought forth, giving the speaker a chance to present his/her views, interact and debate on topics of Research / Contemporary issues.
