Students may submit assignments for December 2020 term-end examination at this center from 22.09.2020 onwards by maintaining covid-19 protocol, as per the following schedule-
1. MONDAY TO SATURDAY : FROM 2 PM TO 5 PM
2. SUNDAY : FROM 12 NOON TO 3 PM

It is for information to all that the last date for submission of applications for Fresh Admission and Re-registration has been extended till 15th September, 2020 for all the Programmes on offer in the July 2020 Session.

Owing to the further extension of lockdown on account of wide spread of Coronavirus, the last date for the following has been extended till June 30th 2020 (1) Online submission of examination forms for the originally scheduled but postponed term-end examination---till June 2020 without late fee. (2)Submission of assignments for the term end examination June 2020-- both Online submission by email and physical submission at the centre---till June 30, 2020 (3)This centre will accept physically submitted forms till 30th June, 2020 , as per the following schedule: MONDAY to SATURDAY: FROM 11.30 AM to 2.30 PM SUNDAY: 12 NOON TO 2 PM NOTE : NO STUDENT WILL BE ALLOWED TO ENTER THE CAMPUS WITHOUT WEARING MASK.

CLARIFICATION: ON THE BASIS OF THE QUERIES RECEIVED BY ME,THIS IS TO CLARIFY THAT STUDENTS WHO HAVE ALREADY SUBMITTED THEIR ASSIGNMENTS ON-LINE THROUGH E- MAIL, NEED NOT SUBMIT IT PHYSICALLY AGAIN .

THE PREVIOUS NOTICE, EXTENDING THE DEADLINE OF SUBMISSION OF ASSIGNMENTS TILL 30 JUNE 2020, IS MEANT FOR ONLY THOSE WHO HAVE NOT SUBMITTED ASSIGNMENTS YET.

With the approval of the Competent Authority, the last date for submission of Re-admission Forms has been extended till 15th June 2020.

(1) Owing to the extension of the lockdown on account of the outburst of Corona virus, the last date for online submission of application for Term End Examination is hereby extended till June 15,2020

(2) The last date for submission of assignments for all academic programs of IGNOU for Term End Examination June 2020 is hereby extended till June 15,2020 This is issued with the approval of the competent authority.

(1) The last date of accepting the online examination form without late fee is extended from 30th April, 2020 to 15th May, 2020 for TEE June 2020 of the University, subject to validity of registration in the programme/course.

(2) The last date for submission of Assignments for students who are eligible to appear in the TEE June 2020 i.e. those who were registered in July Session ( Annual Programme) & January , 2020 Session ( Six Month/ Semester Based Programme), is extended from present date of submission of same i.e. 30/04/2020 to 31/05/2020 along with the submission of Projects/ Dissertations/ Journals etc.

(3) REGARDING THE POSSIBILITY OF SUBMISSION OF HARD COPIES OF ASSIGNMENTS IN THE LSC , AFTER THE LOCKDOWN PERIOD IS OVER, WE WILL NOTIFY AS WE RECEIVE INFORMATION FROM THE HIGHER AUTHORITY.

The above decisions are taken due to postponement of Learner Support Service activities at all Regional Centre/ Learner Support Centers (LSC) across the country till 3rd May 2020 as a precautionary measure for Novel Corona (COVID-2019).

It is to inform that the last date for Re-admission is extended from 30th April 2020 to 31st May, 2020. This is with the approval of the Competent Authority.

ASSIGNMENTS WILL NOT BE RECEIVED AT THE LSS (45030) TILL FURTHER NOTICE.

In view of the complete lockdown to combat COVID-19 pandemic, learners can submit scanned copies of handwritten assignments through dedicated email rcsiliguriassignment@gmail.com . The Regional Centre will then take care for further process of evaluation till further orders from IGNOU headquarters.

The last date for submission of Assignments for June 2020 Term-end-Examination has been extended up to 30th April 2020.

As precautionary measures issued by IGNOU Headquarter and endorsed by RC,Siliguri, to contain the spread of Novel Corona COVID-19, it is notified that learner support service activities at Surya Sen Mahavidyalaya Study Centre (45030) shall be postponed till 31st March 2020. This measure taken up will be reviewed after 31st March 2020.
