③ | Upload the required documents which are mentioned below |
④ | Pay application fees online and download fee receipt for further use |
⑤ | Download copy of submitted application for further use |
⑥ | Keep visiting the college website for Provisional merit list publication |
⑦ | Pay admission fee if you are enlisted in Merit-cum-admission list |
⑧ | Attend college with all of your original documents for verification upon notification of date for confirmation of admission |
⑨ | Please note that if on the date of document verification the candidate or his/her authorised representative fail to verify the documents in person, his/her provisional admission will be canceled and no fee will be refunded |
(1) Providing functional email and mobile number of the candidate/guardian is mandatory
(2) Applicant belonging to Reserved Category of others States will be considered as General/Un-Reserved category.
(3) Applicant belonging to Reserved Category of WEST BENAGAL should have and be in possession of a validcertificate issued by the competent authority of GOVT. OF WEST BENAGAL and in the name of the applicant only
(4) Correct blood group of the applicant is to be mentioned
(5) SCANNED COPY of the following documents are to be uploaded at the time of application
(Properly scanned copies of the following documents with 200 dpi atleast to avoid cancellation of application)
(i) Applicant's Photograph (Size 20KB to 30KB)
(ii) Applicant's Signature (Max. Size 10KB)
(iii) Marksheet of 10+2 Exam. (Size 80KB to 100KB)
(iv) Class 10 Admit Card or any other age proof Certificate (Size 80KB to 100KB)
(iv) Aadhar Card (Size 80KB to 100KB)
(v) Caste/EWS Certificate Copy (Size 80KB to 100KB)
(vi) PH-Declaration documents in case of Physically Challenged Candidate from competent authority (Size 80KB to 100KB)
At the time of application, provide applicant's mobile number and email-id, which will be used for all types of correspondence/communication from the college to the applicants. Previously registered mobile number/email-id wil not be accepted. After successfull filling up of registration, a verification link will be sent to the registered mobile number for activation. The applicant must verify the email-id by clicking the verification link send to the applicant's registered email-id.
আবেদনকারীর মোবাইল নম্বর এবং ইমেল-আইডি রেজিস্টার্ড করার সময় আবেদনকারীকে একটি বৈধ মোবাইল নম্বর এবং ব্যক্তিগত ইমেল-আইডি উল্লেখ করতে হবে, মোবাইল নম্বর এবং ইমেল-আইডি অবশ্যই বৈধ এবং আবেদনকারীর দ্বারা বর্তমানে এবং ভবিষ্যতে ব্যবহারযোগ্য হতে হবে। কলেজ থেকে আবেদনকারীর সাথে ভর্তি সংক্রান্ত সমস্ত চিঠিপত্র / যোগাযোগ এই ইমেল-আইডি এর মাধ্যমে করা হবে।
রেজিস্টার্ড করার পর কিছুক্ষনের মধ্যে আবেদনকারীর ইমেইলে একটি ভেরিফিকেশন লিংক পাঠানো হবে, লিংকটি ক্লিক করার মাধ্যমে ইমেল-আইডি ভেরিফাই করতে হবে। একই সাথে রেজিস্টার্ড মোবাইল নম্বরএ ইউসার-আইডি এবং পাওয়ার্ড পাঠানো হবে।
ব্যবহার যোগ্য নয় এমন মোবাইল নম্বর এবং ইমেইল-আইডি মাধ্যমে অনলাইন আবেদন পত্র সাবমিট করা সম্ভব নয়।
